This piece was part of the inaugural exhibition of the Munka Gallery in Lewiston, ME. An answer to an art call for work responding to or inspired the Clean Water Act, this work depicts the Abenaki hero Glooscap who had to slay a serpent hoarding the villagers’ water supply. It represents Maine in the FIFTY+ONE project.
